Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products and Downloadable Content: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
• Digital Services: Subscription-based digital services can be canceled within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no significant usage of the service has occurred.

2. How to Cancel

To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact us via email at support@pehalwaanagro.com, including their order details.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

All eBooks, training courses, and other digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed.

5. Exceptions

Exceptions may be made at Pehalwaan Agro’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.
